Nicholas Sadleir Acting Chairman

The son of Company founder, the late Kim Sadleir, from childhood Nicholas has keenly followed the progress of his father’s groundbreaking inventions and is fully committed to the commercialisation of the DeVere technologies, assuring continuity of his father’s work. Nick brings a probing insight to the operation of DeVere that belies his youth and experience.

Robert Giraudo Director

Robert combines over 40 years’ experience in small business with expertise in corporate governance, planning and management, strategic planning of new ventures, business planning, set-up, management and operation, and analysis of market forces and opportunities. His special responsibilities include capital raising, promotion, financial management and planning.

Clinton Giraudo Managing Director

Clinton worked for 13 years as a Patent Attorney, during which time he developed sound legal and licensing expertise, plus extensive experience in the development and management of start-up technology.

He is a qualified electronics engineer with a broad understanding of a range of technologies. In addition to his primary duties as Managing Director and Company Secretary, he is responsible for the preparation and review of intellectual property documents and the overseeing of product design and implementation, including general management, project problem solving and general technical support.

Clinton currently serves on the board of several new technology-based companies in start-up phases of development.
