CEO Clinton GiraudoClinton Giraudo
Managing Director , Company Secretary

Clinton worked for 13 years as a Patent Attorney, during which time he developed sound legal and licensing expertise, plus extensive experience in the development and management of start-up technology.

He is a qualified electronics engineer with a broad understanding of a range of technologies. In addition to his primary duties as Managing Director and Company Secretary, he is responsible for the preparation and review of intellectual property documents and the overseeing of product design and implementation, including general management, project problem solving and general technical support.

Clinton currently serves on the board of several new technology-based companies in start-up phases of development.

Research & Development Team

Aaron Mawby
Design and Construction Supervisor.
Aaron has a BA of Applied Science in Architecture and skills in advanced CAD design and development. He worked closely with Kim Sadleir in formalising design specifics and complying with engineering and safety norms. Aaron is responsible for advancing DeVere's original design concepts to working solutions - and is known for 'thinking out of the box'.

Dave Walton
An expert in the fabrication and maintenance of large-scale machinery, particularly prototypes. Dave has been involved in the engineering business for over 40 years. He is responsible for converting our CAD drawings to full-scale products.

Chris Sadleir
Chris's expertise is in business consulting. His primary focus is on new business, with major experience in new technology and mining-related projects. His strengths include in-depth research and analysis skills, coupled with the ability to evaluate data from novel perspectives.
With a strong human values orientation, he brings to existing businesses valuable contributions with an emphasis on trouble shooting, problem solving and reshaping of business plans. Chris played a seminal role in the development process of the national NEIS Scheme business plan model.

Margot Wiburd
With a broad background in the arts, advertising and film production, Margot is our writer, web designer and researcher. She is also responsible for liaison between research and development teams.

Dean Giraudo
Senior consulting engineer in the field of rail construction and maintenance and project management; a senior advisor to the Premier on the development and construction of the new Mandurah railway line; co-manager of the Northbridge tunnel construction project.

John McSweeney
John McSweeney is a Batchelor of Mining Engineering with over fifty years experience in mine and project management; he is recognised as an expert in the field of pipe line transportation of minerals and contributed to the Cost Estimation Handbook of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Peter McSweeney
A very experienced mechanical engineer with McSweeney Partners specialising in the design, construction, and supervision of mining equipment and associated facilities.

Ron Campbell
Marketing and advertising executive with extensive experience in the marketing of inventions; currently a marketing executive at GFR Group. Winner of many industry awards, including Golden Key TV, Caxton Press Awards, and National Radio Award, Ron has spent over a thousand hours reviewing the market for the CARIAT Conveyor in consultation with Clinton Giraudo and the late Kim Sadleir.
